You stole my time and my money!!! I am sad that I will never eat at or recommend Origami sushi again. Why did you do that? That is horrible to blame the staff? Didn’t you hire the server? This is your issue as a manager not mine as a customer. What? 45 minutes for 5 items is OK? How is that possible 3 pre made appetizers and one sushi roll and a soup takes over an HOUR to get to the table? The manager blames the waitress for the difference between the time when I was sat and when the order was placed. It was explained to me “THAT MY TICKET HAD ONLY BEEN OPEN FOR 45 MINUITES”. Now to the best part!!!! I asked to speak with the manager and DING! DING! DING! You guessed it, here comes the millennial with the nose ring to tell me that I did everything wrong (that I did, I did not get up and leave) and refused to take anything off the bill for the worst dining experience I have had in years. I have eaten there before and know the difference) and one order of sushi to make it to the table. IT TOOK 50 minutes for 3 pre made appetizers, a bowl of soup (with under cooked noodles, yes under cooked noodles. 3 appetizers, a bowl of soup and a sushi roll. We have eaten there a lot before so we all knew what we wanted. At that time, we placed everything at once, drinks and our meal. We waited for 10 minutes (not included in the time below) before the server came by to take our drink order. We showed up and were happy that there was no wait, we were seated promptly….and that is the best part of the whole night. Minimum two years of hands-on, practical experience in one or more security domains, e.g.The worst dining experience EVER!!! BEWARE!!! In my experience when the manager argues with you after a horrible experience and will not take anything off the bill, the business has financial issues and who wants to eat at the sushi restaurant that buys the “cheap fish”, you may have better luck with gas station sushi!!!
